Our quality policy determined as the summary of our quality targets, as well as the goal that we are aiming to achieve, will only become real with your sincere support and your participation in every field.

Accordingly,

BIRKO A.S. aims to increase its market share in the textile sector and its profitability and also to keep its leader position in the field with its firm financial, administrative and technical structure considering primarily high product quality  and customer satisfaction.  

To realise our aim, the followings are the basic principles that should be believed and accepted by all BIRKO A.S. staff;

* Answering all customer expectations and acheiving continuous improvement in this manner by the effective application of the quality assurance system in every steps from raw material entrance up to delivery of the goods to the customer.

* Keeping our company’s reputation continuous as an honorable and trustworthy company all over the world.

* Increasing product quality and variety by following new developments in the sector, by making new investments when necessary and by conducting research-development and education activities.

* Providing a peaceful, orderly and secure working environment with active participation of all our workers to the Quality Assurance System, taking up seriously the conscience of maximum quality with minimum cost production principle by the whole staff in order to keep our chance of competition in the sector.
